This is specifically about ********************* Mazda:After quite a bit of back and forth from a salesperson, ******************************* (anytime I would email, I would not get a reply; instead of replying-all, guy kept emailing my mom instead of answering me and would start off the email with my name ?), we committed to purchasing a used ***** CR-V. We confirmed the date, time and down payment and he said he would see us then. We were all excited for it - my mom's old car died and we've been trying to find her a decent user SUV as a replacement. The very next day (today), after everything had been agreed upon, we texted asking for the Carfax info again as the car had been taken down from the site. We texted b/c it's the only digital communication he would somewhat reliably respond to eventually. No reply for several hours, and when we did get a reply, he simply texted "The car has been sold by the lot next door." We call, he ignored us. He wasn't even professional enough to call us - no, he *texted* us and then ducked our calls. We called to speak to the general sales manager and she was very short and snippy with her replies. We waited a bit to cool down before my mom called so she could be calm. The lady couldn't be bothered with our situation and could not care less about any of the situation and basically said that we should've signed for it and bought it on Friday (yesterday) when we were interested. So my credit gets checked, I lose a few points from the inquiry, we agree on terms, a date and time and he bails on us. Very professional. Avoid this place and this guy. I can see why they have a less-than-stellar rating.

I left my car, 2015 **********, with a service rep by the name of ******. She asked me to remain patient while she initiated the process to get my car approved for warranty coverage for the new engine that my car needed. After ten months, she called and said my car was covered, but I would need to pay to have it towed to another dealership in *********** since their service department was too shorthanded and inexperienced. I paid nearly $400 to have it towed just to find out she lied to me to get my car off their lot. She wont return any of my calls. The other employees always insist shes on lunch break or out of the office. This wasnt my first bad experience with this service department, just my first time reporting them.

Dean McCrary has extremely poor customer service. I had a 2012 Kia Optima that I bought new off their floor. The first engine went out at 84,000 miles and again in May. I took my car to Dean McCrary after my engine light came on. It was their two weeks bf they could even look at it. They installed a $*** fuel injector that I didn’t authorize and told me afterward that I needed an engine. I ask why did they put the fuel injector and what happened with the diagnostic test. Monica stated it was the only way to determine if I needed an engine. By this time I’m ****** and ask for Kia 800 number bc they refuse to fix it stating the Lifetime Warranty doesn’t cover cylinder. I filed a claim with Kia Corporate. It took them from May to September ( 4 months ) to tell me they weren’t going to fix it. After offering me what they call a Goodwill Program. It pays for your engine when it’s not cover under the recalls or their False Advertising Lifetime Warranty. I quess it’s designed only for certain ppl. Kim, the manager in Customer Affair is a joke. She never return my calls until finally in September after speaking with her on two different occasions. She decided with her unpleasant attitude “ We can’t fix your car “ high and dry. So after that I turn back to Dean MCrary concerning the $*** fuel injector charged which Monica thought Kia Consumer Affair were going to put in a new engine. She stated after I question her about the charges that we would put the $*** on your engine bill. Well, after they refuse to fix my engine they insist on me paying the $***. I call the service manger he had a nasty attitude. He told me that I authorize the injector. I told him I didn’t. He argued with me I did. He told me that until I get the money my car was going to sit their. Justin the GM denied ever speaking with me. Bill the VP were extremely nasty. He ask why did I bring my car their and told me I had to pay and pick up my car bf they start charging me a storage fee. I’ll give them a??
