      Im not one to post bad reviews out of retaliation or just because someone was rude to me; however, my personal experience after purchasing a used KIA ******** in Oct 2024 from McConnells dealership was very disappointing. The very next day after the vehicle was shipped to my home address, I took it for a drive, and it overheated. Im talking about 5 miles drive. To make a long story short here are the details, the coolant overflow had a leak, so I had it replaced. That was not all, the vehicle overheated again, and the local mechanic found out the head gasket was faulty and had to be replaced, so I was 4 weeks without a vehicle and $3K to get the vehicle running. I reached out several times to McConnells dealership staff by e-mail explaining the situation and no one responded, not even a courtesy phone call. Today, 30 Jan 2025, I called the dealership, and I asked if I could get Mr. ***** McConnells e-mail, and I was told he didnt work there and hang up on me. So folks, I hope you dont have such a bad experience as mine but be aware!

      I strongly advise against using McConnell ***************** My experience with this facility, specifically with their representative ******, highlighted numerous issues with competence and accountability. I brought my vehicle in after an accident, detailing all necessary repairs to ******, who confidently assured me they would address everything. A week later, she informed me the vehicle was ready for pickup.However, upon inspection, it was clear the work was far from complete. Wires were left exposed, dents we had discussed were untouched, the muffler tip was not replaced as promised, the bumper was crooked, and the trailer hitch was not installed. When I raised these issues, ****** responded defensively rather than taking responsibility. I ultimately asked to be contacted only when the repairs were fully finished.After consulting with my insurance adjuster, I decided to transfer my vehicle to a different repair center due to the subpar service. When I retrieved the vehicle, new issues had arisen, including malfunctioning trailer lights and a leaking airbag system. Im hopeful that my insurance company will hold McConnell **************** accountable for this inadequate work.
