    I ordered a pair of shoes on the 30th of December. It takes ***** business days to ship, but it is past ***** business days and I havent received any update or anything. In the beginning I was able to email about the money part no problem. However, when I email now about where my package is there is radio silence.

    Originally I placed an order on March 5. 2022 for preschool Jordan's "university 6s" size 2.5 one pair for $******. I canceled and placed a new order using credit from original order for Jordan's " Denim 6s" one pair in size 2.5 for $*** this order was placed back on April 26,2022. I had reached out to cancel the order via email because of how long it took initially. I never received a response or confirmation of my attempt to cancel. I requested a refund and was denied. I reached out on several attempts via email and text. Little response to then response stopped completely. I tried disputing through my bank however because I paid through ***** the bank advised that I authorized the charge and there was nothing they could do. So today I reached out via text and the response I had received was basically she don't communicate through text/phone we communicate through via email. I advised to ******* ******* that I had been sending emails but have not been getting any response. So I stopped texting and sent a email and she responded back to the email. I stated in the email that I had placed a shoe order with her company and just trying to figure out what is going on with my order and why I hadn't received it she states that a email with tracking was sent but I advised to her that I did not receive that info or that the order was delivered. I also explained that i would not be reaching out to her if i had all of this information on my end. I explained that have yet received a shipment and at this point I'm unsatisfied with the order and just want my money back. I am using my work computer to file this complaint so i am unable to post proof of emails sent however if there is a email i can send this proof over to please advise ill be more than happy to from my cell phone.

    On January 13th, 2022 at 11:02pm I sent, via Cash App, $****** to ******* with KbLaces for a pair of shoes that I never received as of June 21, 2022. For the first 2 months KbLaces and I were communicating back and forth thru email. I was told on 02/10/2022 (after emailing them for an update) that my shoes were scheduled to ship next week. On 02/28/2022, (after another follow up email) I was told that the shoes were onthe pre-order list for the re release which was the 22nd so its 10-15 business days after the re release. On March 18th, 2022 I again did a follow up email letting kblaces know that it has been 17 business days and I have not heard anything. On 03/21/2022, I received an email stating that my order #**** was canceled and that i would be receiving a refund. I have yet to receive the refund. I have sent numerous text to KbLaces after 03/21/2022 to get updates and i have NOT received any type of communication from them AT ALL. I am very livid and would like some type of resolution. This is not the type of way you do business.
