    I purchased on 07-25-23 its a trading service where he gives us a trade every week on Thursday or Friday I got the trade Thursday it was a different type trade then he said we would get and different form the training video trade I studied it the best I could and placed the trade Friday then Saturday it was put on the web site how they took the trade Thursday and exited it Thursday. I lost over $900.00 on a trade I should have been informed was over before I placed it. Everything is unprofessional . There is only about 20% of the hype and promises there that is susposed to be included I have no more confidence in this and it came with a 365 day no questions money back guarantee. I have requested my $1231.00 back twice and I have had no luck the web site is garbage It takes several tries to log in and I don't think I ever logged in the same way twice you will get a log in button then the next page a bigger log in button then a page you don't know your password its a mess please help me I have already lost almost what the thing cost from their negligence. Thanks I hope I did everything right Im getting old LOL

    The amount was around 1200+I bought the package/product for a year with the promise of a full refund.I asked for a refund the day after I bought it because the system was too complicated for me. I have written and called them five times. No response. I bought this around July 19 or 20th. Please get my money back
