    I gave a Notice to Vacate And transfet to **************, *******. March 18, 2024 and the location in ******, AL was inspected. The residence did not pass, failed inspection and 39 days to corrected. Mold and mildew falling from. Ceiling. Termites bites, decomposing floors in entire house. Back door nailed from intruders trying to get in. Gun shots by bedroom windows and front doors, at least every day. Which I know the landlord can not do anytabout. I am moving becaof thedangers of a senior 74 years old widow, living alone. I paid $500 security deposit and got $90.45 when I also paid $200 for May, 2024 rent. And the place is cleaner now than when I moved in 1/2023, fifteen months. I explained my family emergency to the landlord, Mr. ** TOOMEY and he said no problem. Basically the company owes me $400 more. I did not break, the lease, notice to vacate, no damages caused by myself, and explained the dresser in bedroom belongs to *****'s. In fact there in the bedroom is.like sleeping outside in the winter. And most of the maintenance was better before they call themselves fixing it. And then they suggested I move to a location. And save up $1800 in one and a half month. On a social security income. I have been avoided, given nit picking responses and statements that are just falsehoods. I need my deposit given back fully to provide for my household as commanded.

    My Deposit was not given and I did everything to make sure I get my deposit back when I left the apartment, I have nothing to do with the management changing Your consideration Would Be Highly Appreciated.
