      I paid this company $3170 to repair leaks in my roof and around my skylight. On Jan.3,2023 I awoke to water all over my new laptop that had leaked from the skylight. I called and spoke to ***** who said they would come by noon Thurs to reseal the skylight and someone did come and climbed on my roof. He said he would make pictures to show to was repaired but he left without any pictures. My computer was ruined and I called and asked for they to compensate me since they had not repaired the first time and it leaked. I have received no call or email from them and when I call I get voice mail. I have left several messages. THe computer cost $275 and I asked if their insurance covered such incidences.

      The repairs made on this project didn't include the skylight. We responded to the customer call the same day, and one of our installers was on sit with in hours. The old skylight is what was leaking, we installed sealant on the old skylight with no cost to the customer. After receiving the BBB complaint, we contacted the customer.  We agreed to cover the cost of the computer repairs.
