    This company was a referral by someone else. Liked his work ethics. Told me where he was in the area and how many people he had ahead of me. Gave me an estimate of the cost of the repair. Texted me to inform me he would arrive shortly. He arrived about 30 minutes later.Entering the home, he introduced himself and made the sink repair within an hour. He explained what was done and the water is freely flowing. He guaranteed his work and gave a warranty.Very mannerable young man. No complaints so far. Will recommend to others.

    This company, Twin Sewer Cleaning from ******, ** was assigned by Choice Home Warranty to come out to repair/replace a broken toilet ****** in my bathroom. I tried many times to call this company once I found out that they were assigned as my repair company. No one ever answered my calls. Eventually I received a text from someone at the company to leave a text and they would get back to me. I left several texts with them and never received a response from them. They were supposed to come out between 11am to 3pm, Friday 28 October 2023. They never showed. For those of you who have had 'no shows' before you know how frustrating this can be. To make matters worse, I had a ********* information' engagement scheduled from 11 am to 12 pm that same day. Since I was unable to get hold of Twin Sewer Cleaning LLC, I cancelled my ******** appointment as getting my toilet fixed was a higher priority. But since Twin Sewer Cleaning LLC in Mobile never showed up at my home and never contacted me I ended up with two missed appointment. Now I will have to reschedule my appoint with ********. I guess I will never know why Twin Sewer Cleaning LLC of Mobile never showed up or bothered to touch bases with me. I contacted Choice Home Warranty and asked them for another repair company to be assigned but asked that they never assign Twin Sewer Cleaning LLC of ********** to me again. ****************
