      I went to see my ** for a visit to get ***** and I had been told I would have a copay but I have 2 forms of insurance so i called them about it and they said they would issue a refund which they did but the check came and made my account over**awn so I called and never received a call back and my back said that the check bounced because it needed to go back to the maker. I just want the ****** back asap to get account back to where it is not negative. I get a disability check so I dont have a lot to pay and thst is a lot to loose.

      Ms. ******,

      As we discussed this morning, I am issuing you a new refund check tomorrow.  This payment was subject to Positive Pay with ******* ******* and was inadvertently denied.  When I looked the payment up, it showed that the check had been cashed and posted to our account.  However, when I was balancing the bank statement yesterday, I saw that ******* ******* had pulled the funds back due to the Positive Pay issue I described to you this morning. 

      This check will be re-issued and mailed out to you tomorrow.  I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.  Thank you.
