    The All Season's storage is located at ***********************************. I rented a storage unit (B-19) from the facility, and the unit leaked rainwater into it. The moisture caused my belongings to become moldy and mildewy. First of all, when you call the facility, no one answers the phone, and the manager is never there. It took two weeks to reach him and get a response. The manager finally called me back (I do not remember his name). He offered to move me to another storage unit(b-4) and not charge me for the other unit. I tried contacting him to tell him I did not need the unit (B-4) and that I was moving my stuff out of (B-19) and exiting the facility for bad service, but he never answered his phone.Instead, he charged me ***** for B4. I never moved into the unit. I called several more times to resolve the situation, but he would never answer. I finally caught him at work. He said he emailed the owner about my refund for B-4. The total amount was *****. I have tried for several weeks to resolve the matter, but this has not happened. I am requesting a refund of ***** for unit b4 that I never used. The company's business practices need to be investigated because if it happened to me, I am sure they have misrepresented themselves to other customers as well.

    We understand how frustrating it must have been to deal with water damage to your belongings, followed by difficulty getting in touch with our team. Thats not the level of service we strive to provide, and we apologize for the delays and inconvenience you encountered.


    We also understand your concern about being charged for Unit B-4, especially since you did not move into it. There was clearly a miscommunication, and we take full responsibility for that.
    Our regional manager has processed a full refund of $79.30 for Unit B-4. You should see that amount returned within the next 2 weeks, and we appreciate your patience while this was being resolved.
    Again, were very sorry for the trouble you experienced and appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback. We are actively working to improve communication and service at this location based on your experience.
