On October 15th I purchased a phone and unlimited home internet. After 3 of us I g the home internet device I received a message stating that I had reached my limit on my home internet. I went into a store who advised me that I had internet lite that had a 100GB data cap. I advised them that I was unaware of this and needed more data for it. I was advised that due to my service area I was not able to have the unlimited internet due to my area and I would have a data cap. They stated that this should have been explained at the time of purchase. I no longer wanted the device and was told I could return it to the store of purchase. I went to the store with the device to return. Upon entering the store a male and female employees were sitting down looking at their phones. When I stated I needed to make a return device the male became loud and aggressive stating we dont do returns. He stands up and begins talking loud and very disrespectful dismissing anything I stated. He stated that I had unlimited data and just needed to refresh my device. I attempted to explain to him the situation and he says ** not trying to run you out the store but Im not going back and forth with you. When asked to verify my data cap he refused to. I asked for a store manager and he stated that he was one. When asked for the store owner he stated that I dont have a number for them then proceeded to say they dont have owners. I advices him that the receipt states that I have 14 days to return device to store and he says that he does not care what it says. Upon leaving the store he began circling my vehicle as I was contact support. I was given this device without being told what I was getting. I need the internet for my children and the things they need for school. I am unable to use this device more than 3 days a month. It is a waste of money and yet o am unable to return it even though I have still not reached my ************************* with this matter.
