1 starOn dec 6 i reached out to charter tire seeking an oil change that they performed. A week later 12/13/24 i returned due to oil light still on in my vehicle after reaching out to charter tire again they requested that i bring in the vehicle so they can reset the oil light about an hour later i returned and saw my vehicle raised as if they were performing a oil change again when i asked why the owner proceeded to tell me he is checking to see if they actually put oil in my vehicle if not i will need to go somewhere else to have the service performed . The son of the owner decided to call me racial slurs and a host of other profanity's while proceeding to kick my vehicle door the owner who is his father decided to wipe his foot print off my vehicle after being told by his son who kicked my vehicle that he never kicked the vehicle. Charter tire even told me after requesting a refund receipt that they don't provide refund receipts. The entire experience was unprofessional costly and shocking that this place is even in business

After tying to reset oil change % display on dash the vehicle would not go into reset mode. I told the customer that if the car would not go into reset mode that I could not reset the display. I advised her she may have to take it to the dealer to have it reset. At this time she became very belligerent with me. I offered to try one more time to reset oil % display and to double check a couple things. Apparently my timing was not sufficient for her so became belligerent with the help. Help was advised to put her car down and let her leave. Her payment was refunded in exchange for the receipt. She continued to stand in the parking lot and make a scene. i tried everything within my power to resolve the situation reasonably. She would have no part of it.
