      On July 6, 20222 I went to Southern Style Custom Upholstery to get my seats upholstered. Joey the owner said he can do the job but he needed half of the money for the deposit which was 445.05. I gave him the money using my USAA Visa Card. And he said he has to order the leather material and to bring my 2000 Escalade back up there on July 20, 2022. So I went up there on July 20th and he said the material have not come in and he said come back up there on July 27. So I went back up there on July 27th and he stated that the supplies still did not come in and he said he will call me when the supplies come in. I ask him for my money back and he said he don/t give refunds. Today is August 17th and I have not heard from the owner of this shop not one time. I am the one who always initiated all the text and calls and he never replied back. This place has ripped me off and I want my money back. I'm a retired disabled veteran and I thought about taking matters in my own hand but i think ill lose everything if I do. I warning any consumers don't patronize this business because you will get ripped off. His initial customer service was great until he got my money and he showed his true colors afterwards. Out of all my 54 years of living I never been ripped off like this business did me.
