      In regards to ************They the customer failed to tell you that the father was yelling in our showroom, once the customer has appeared to show signs of hostility, we refrain form servicing them. Keep in mind we have been in business over 30+ years and we discounted the vehicle for them.*********, *** (the jerk) ******** Sales Manager

      Purchased a vehicle this month from this company, against my better judgement of buying from a used car lot. I am a very meticulous person, went around this vehicle 2 or 3 times with the salesman Gavin, (had absolutely no problems with Gavin) only 3 issues with this car, rust spot on the roof, the doors made a loud popping sound, and no key fob for the car. Went around this car with the sales manager Jim (typical salesman, tells you what you want hear) showed him the issues, and assured me these issues would be taken care of. I stand firm there were no other issues with this car! Go to pick up car, salesman Gavin was busy with another customer, so another sales manager helped us (have no glue of his name). I look over the car again before taking the car, and there is a new blemish on the back bumper 4 or 5 inches in diameter, looks like where the clear coat has been peeled off. Would not have bought that car with that blemish unless it was part of the issues to be repaired. Sales manager stomps his foot at us and assures us that was there, runs in to pull pictures off the computer to prove it was there, and low and behold the pictures were taken down. So now the cost is on me, along with a $*** key fob. The rust spot was taken care of, but the doors still pop. So, what am I suppose to do? Don't waste your time buying from this sketchy place and Jim the sales manager was a jerk on the phone!!!!
