    This place is unprofessional.I recently had surgery and can't lift anything over 10 lbs. My cat got sick, and I had to take her to the Vet. She's 13 lbs, so I drove up to Medvet's door, put her carrier at the door, and started driving to a parking space so I wouldn't have to carry the cat far, or maybe I could even get someone from inside to pick her up for me. NOPE!Turns out this place isn't an emergency clinic - it's a *********************** show. Three people came outside flipping me off and screaming the **word. These ****** then stole my cat, gave her to Medvet, and Medvet's receptionist wouldn't give her back.I then had to explain to the entire waiting room of probably over 10 people that I was not abandoning my cat - but I had just had surgery and wasn't even supposed to be picking her up which is why I dropped her at the door.Even after I told everyone I had just had surgery and couldn't carry the cat one of the Karens still kept lashing out at me - no apology - just doubling down and enjoying every minute of it. I finally got my cat back when the vet came out and intervened.This all just seemed surreal, but unfortunately, this really did happen!Please remember not to make assumptions about people. This shows how crazy society has gotten. Even if they did think I abandoned my cat, me explaining that I didn't, should have reset everything. It. Did. Not.I would avoid this place because the receptionist let all of this go on with a snarky smirk on her face, and she never brought me my stolen cat when I kept asking for her.The blonde lady who instigated most of this seemed to also work there, or be related very closely to that office. She was back behind the desk on at least two occasions, and she went off and brought back my cat. It's unbelievable staff would act so horribly.
