    01/05/2024-I arrived at this shop to have new rims and tires added to my truck. I picked out the rims and tires I wanted. They told me that they would mount and balance them and I could come back and have them put on my truck in about 45 mins. I asked them if they would like for me to pay for them before the service or after they put them on my truck. The owner stated he wanted me to pay in advance. So I paid for the rims and tires then I left and came back at the requested time. They proceeded to put the tires on my truck but they appeared to be have some difficulties. They didn't have the approximate jack to lift my truck to the correct height to add tires to my truck. I don't know if maybe they were training but the incorrect **** was being used. I was okay offering my support for them to get my truck to the correct height to add my tires. After they put the first tire on I noticed that the tech was using the incorrect lugs. Improper bolts can cause the tires to come off when the vehicle is driven. The owner comes out talking about how he always use these lugs on these rims. I said that's fine but I want the ****** bolts that are suppose to go with my truck. He stated No he wasn't doing that. So I requested a refund. He screamed at me stating "he aint giving me no refund!" I told him the customer is always right. He then stated, " Shut the * up and asked me who the * was talking too. To avoid any more insult to myself i let them mounted the tires with the incorrect lugs. But I want my money back because you do not talk to customers that way especially when i'm paying you my hard earned money.
