    I purchased a wig from Lasting Impressions Collection.com from her website Nov 5, 2022. The owner is ****************************************** of ****** *******. I had the wig professionally installed Dec 23, 2022 at that time No issues with the wig. I had a touch up of the same wig Jan 2023 at that time I noticed the lace was tearing in the wig . *** 2023 I decided to take the wig out to get a new install and I noticed 5-6 holes in lace so I reached out to ******* the owner of the business who sold me the wig and told her about the lace tearing. She asked for pics I sent pics. She then stated she will give me half OFF another frontal and would replace the frontal for FREE. I Payed over $500 for this wig and the lace has torn TERRIBLY. I purchase and wear lots of wigs and this has NEVER happened. The lace is CHEAP AND NO GOOD. I have wigs and frontals I have had for year and NUMEROUS OF REINSTALLS AND NI TEARING OF THE ****** I went in her business page to leave a REVIEW BUT I CANT.. I only want a decent lace wig which is what I payed for. How do a almost $600 wig NOT LAST 2 months??? It is TERRIBLE BUSINESS. I cant leave a REVIEW SO I WILL FILE A COMPLAINT.. I will like a Good lace or REFUND a amount of the time I wore the wig I will also like to share with other my experience. Its not right or fair for her to put that CHEAP LACE ON A $500 wig.

    Hello, this is ******* with LastingImpressions responding to *********************** complaint. We will not be able to offer a refund or give anything free. ****** stayed her unit was in perfect condition when she first received it. Our lace can be ripped if any hard force is applied. We cant blame her or we cant blame our supplier because we carry great lace so I offered to give a new lace for 50 percent off and replace it on the unit for FREE which will save her a lot of money. First she was okay with that offer but the next morning she stated she felt the offer wasnt good enough & thats all we can offer to be fair and not leave her hanging. Also, her unit also had another hole in the back which could be more evidence that this unit has not been cared for how it should be.  We do not offer refunds or exchanges per our policy. Sorry for this inconvenience
