    I had a HORRIBLE experience w/the company who previously occupied the tint shop Darker Shades is currently occupying! This employee (*****) was so high he cut my film twice & had to start over then some (*******) guy came to help & fell asleep in my car & dropped a sack of dope for me to find later. I seriously waited 6 hrs for my car to get done & even after all that I had to have it re-tinted several ****** later because it had began peeling off immediately after I got it back but honestly I was in no rush to walk back into that place. Once I heard it was under new ownership I called & made an apt. The new owner told me he would fix my issues for 1/2 of what it would normally cost since I had a warranty w/the other company. Which I thought was kind seeing that he didnt have to honor that at all (not legally anyway). It only took him 1 & 1/2 hours to redo my whole car & no one fell asleep or left drugs or tools behind. His wife was a breath of fresh air & so funny to talk to. The secretary (****) was nice too but I dont see why they even need her, ***** is definitely the person you want to see up front and talk to. Her and **** (the *************** make the BEST TEAM Ive ever came across in a business! I recommend them as great business owners, as great whole-hearted ******* *** recommend their services any day over the competition around here. Seems every1 else hires a bunch of ****************** but ************ seem to want to shed that stigma & if they cant find the right help, they do it themselvesthats rightSHE TINTS CARS TOO!!! Apparently he taught her awhile back because his job was taking away from their time together so she learned so they could spend more time w/each other. How sweet & romantic is that!?! Anyway, I heard they had a bad cpl ****** after hiring a cpl of not so great ppl but theyve been removed & all is right @ Darker Shades again! They thought they could help the wrong ppl & leaned the hard way they couldnt. Weve all been there!
