    My husband ordered a building on June 5th, 2023 and was told it would be here within 6-8 weeks and now here we are almost the beginning of November and still no building and no update from the company either unless you call and ask and then it may be days before an answer. I started handling the payments and dealing with them in September because they would never return my husbands phone calls when he asked about the building. I was told the middle of September we would have it the next week or at least by the end of the month and that we didnt have to make a payment until it was delivered even though the contract stated differently and my husband was told differently. I called around the 5th of October and was told it would be another week. Still no building. I called on October 20th to make a payment and was told when I asked about the building I would have a call back later that afternoon or the next day with no call. I received a call on Monday the 23rd asking for more information for the payment and asked for an update again. I was told she would have to ask and would give me a call back. I was told when she called back we would receive our building on Saturday, so we canceled what plans we had and lo and behold still no building. I called this morning October 30th and was told it still is not completed and would be another couple of weeks. Its been almost 5 months. You cant trust them to do what they say or even deliver what youre paying for. I would be a lot more understanding if they would actually communicate that there are more delays or whatever instead of having to reach out to the company and then get the run around, but they sure are quick to take that payment every month. Were now out $2200 plus an additional $300 for a separate storage building because this company doesnt deliver.
