      Horrible service. They had to go out 4 times (through home warranty) and they still weren't able to fix the issue. They ended up causing damage to the house and will not respond to my calls.I'll be filling a small claims case against Beans Appliance for their negligence and incompetence. Extremely unprofessional. STAY AWAY - they won't fix the problem and will cause damage to your house and dodge responsibility.

      STAY AWAY!!!!!! The Absolutely ********************** Ever! I would give them a -10 stars if I could. I needed service for my refrigerator and this company lied like they knocked on my door for service and never did and I know this because I have video footage of the whole incident. I called customer service for help and they refused to help and stopped answering the phone. They even sent me straight to voicemail a few times. I already had to wait a whole week to get they to come out and now this. Service like this should be a crime and they should be out of business.

      My refrigerator has been broken for 2 weeks. You cant ever get in touch with any of the 3 numbers listed online for them. Beans appliance repair has had the parts in since December 16th. Scheduled an appointment for the 23rd (one full week after receiving the parts) and have now cancelled the appointment due to weather. I get its supposed to be really cold, but every weather report for our area DOES NOT include dangerous road conditions. So now due to this **** poor company we will be without a refrigerator until sometime next week, and have to go through Christmas without food.
