No refund policy was not explained to me. Spent over an hour in this store while my son was being fitted for insoles. After standing at counter for 20 minutes while associates tried to get printers to work, I was told transaction was complete and everything was good to go. While walking out of the store I was called back to sign my receipt which I thought was my credit card receipt, it turns out it was the No refund policy receipt. Within a couple of hours of leaving the store, my son realized the insoles are not going to work for him so I called to inquire about returning the insoles. I was told I would have to come in and personally meet with the manager to discuss a refund. I scheduled and appointment, made another trip to the store, and met with the manager who said there was a no refund policy but items could be exchanged for another set of insoles, however I would need to bring my son back in for another fitting per their policy. No sales associate or anyone explained to me that there was a no returns policy during the time of purchase.

*************************** originally purchased on 1/2/2024. Standard Good Feet policy is 60 day resize/exchange, no refunds, and is stated on the sales receipt. As part of our commitment to our customers, we follow up with them via follow up calls to see how they are doing. Making sure they are receiving the results and benefits they came in to get. If they are having issues, we invite them back in to see what is going on and help resolve.
A manager called ******** on 1/10/24, and invited her back for a follow up appointment. On 1/12/2024, ******** came in for a follow up appointment and we were able to address her concerns and come to a suitable resolution.

    This situation has been resolved.
    Thank you,

May 11, 2023, I went to the Good Feet Store for orthotics. I purchased them and wore them for about 10 days before I had to stop due to extreme pain in my back and hips. I attempted to get a refund but was told that refunds are not available, only refits, without a doctor's note. I brought a doctor's prescription on July 21st which gave the diagnosis and had written on it "Patient needs custom orthotics with deep heel seats." This did not satisfy their requirement for a doctor's note. Full details will be uploaded.
