    1/17 I received oil change 3/10 car cut off all lights on had the vehicle towed home . The morning of 3/11 called a mechanic to do routine service ac filter replaced, tune up, and oil change he checks dip stick it's broken and is bone dry he he advised me he won't do anything to call the local place I took my car I did received the run around on the phone so I informed my daughter to go there and call me .she did and a District Manager Comes Out within 15 mins to tell me get a real mechanic because my transmission isn't locked..he proceeds to add two quarts of oil which I purchased to have routine maintenance..the car is now tapping an unable to drive I am paying a car note on this car and my transmission is now a problem.he came and took a report a picture never drained the car to see how much oil was in there then you poured two quarts of clean oil on top of dirty that didn't fix NOTHING..he says I went over the mileage but on the sheet no leaks ..not smoking...no lights on and that's all that can be done?? I asked who was over him and responded no *******? When he is local. I am going to seek legal representation because I know this situation isn't right...the service date on the sticker says 4/17 and it's bone dry no way
