1 starThis company has built a padio for my elderly Aunt and they did a horrible job. There's inconsistent spacing between the deck boards. The railing is wobbly. Shaking the rail near the steps will shake the whole padio, and the railing is not secure to the brick wall. This patio is on the second floor above a sun room. I can feel every step someone else makes. My Aunt has tried to call repeatedly but couldn't get a hold of anyone. I had to call around, but I finally got someone on the phone. Be extremely cautious when working with this company. From my end it looks an awfully a lot like they like to take advantage of elderly women. She paid app. $15,000 for the shoddy work they did.Review fromHank F

1 starLET THIS BE YOUR LAST OPTION!!!! I would not even give this place 1 star but it wont allow me .. I called and made appt for someone to come out and give a Free Estimate as advertised on website. I made the appt ( for my parents who are in their 70s) . The first question I ask was is our location too far out and I was told no it is not. I start getting texts from the rep who is coming to the location ( his name is *****). .then he proceeds to asking me to text him pics of what we are wanting done, isnt this his job ? My parents already have a stand in shower and all they were wanting to do is to rip out what is there and replace with the exact same size. There would be no reconstructing the bathroom and no new construction . I soon later get an email with an estimate of $11,082.now keep in mind this guy has not even came to the house yet he is giving me an estimate that he has not even laid his eyes on! So then he makes a phone call to me and I am questioning the price considering there is no construction happening. He then tells me that if I think my parents arent going to do the job that he doesnt want to waste his or our time in driving and gas. Now call me crazy but isnt this how they advertise to do business Their website clearly states free estimates and quotes. He then insinuates to me that if I dont think my parents have the money to do the job then I need to let him know and he wont make the trip. I mean WOW!!!! probably I should have canceled the consultation then but I did keep it because of my parents . So this morning I sent a text to the rep and was confirming our consultation tomorrow. I get a return text and letting me know that they have cancelled our appointment it is just out of their jurisdiction and that they TRIED to give an estimate with no success. THEY NEVER CAME OUT TO LOOK SO HOW TO YOU GIVE AN ESTIMATE IF YOU HAVENT SEEN THE ****** I have no words for this company!

I am very sorry that you had a bad experience with my company. There was obviously some confusion within the scheduling department. This new way of marketing is new to a lot of companies and we still need to work out some of the kinks. I remember when we just advertised in the yellow pages to customers in our local area, but now with media reaching areas we cant control we are trying to work out the kinks in our advertising areas. I apologize that you were inconvenienced and you should have never received an estimate from my company. You unfortunately reside outside of our service area and we are neither licensed or insured to work in your area. I truly hope that you can find someone in your area that can help you replace the shower and help your parents.
