I am a co signer on a loan at this bank, I had a hard inquiry run on my credit, which took points off of course, however I did not speak to this bank nor did I apply for any credit. I went to the bank, spoke with the manager, she said she would have to call me back. A month later I return due to no call back and she simply stated " ** reserve the right to pull your credit at anytime we want when you have a open loan with us", I said is the account not current? She said yes, I did not understand why this would happen, I just wanted to make people aware that get loans at this bank, this will happen to you.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention as it will be further investigated. I did find an application for credit on February 13th, 2025 and will look further into this.Review fromPeggy B

2 starsFound out they was overcharging for overdraft fees. Overdraft was applied before check was posted.But once you confront them on the charges they would quickly suspend the fees Now my account been closed for a year and when filed for benefits this was my bank.Now they been holding my benefits for a month, they supposed to have returned itReview fromTaCora C
