    On February 20, 2023, I had a upper plate made by the establishment which cost ******************************* full on the same day. My insurance company paid 287 dollars in addition to the establishment on my behalf, which resulted into an overpayment, in which the payment was due to me. I have contacted the establishment on several occasions inquiring about the overpayment. I have not received a call from the business, nor have I received the overpayment. The insurance company has called inquiring about the 287 dollars payment that was paid by check to the company. The Office worker advised the company has the check from the insurance company, but fail to reimburse the overpayment to me. This issue has been going on entirely too long, and it's not being handled in a business manner. The Office worker informed the insurance company to relay to me that the office manager will have to see how they were going to handle the issue, since the overpayment was addressed and sent to the business instead of me. The establishment states they do not accept cosignments or file insurance claims, but holding the overpayment, which is against the law. As of November 7, 2023, I haven't heard from anyone at Affordable Dentures, nor have I received the overpayment. I am seeking any help available to ascertain the overpayment of 287 dollars.

    I am rejecting this response because:
    The office is closed when I get off work. I work Monday-Friday from 8am to 5pm. I tried to contact the establishment on my lunch break and no one answered the telephone. I will attempt to make contact with the establishment on Monday, December 11, 2023.
