The Dixie Electric technician arrived on time to our house & after some investigation found the issue preventing our outdoor light fixtures from functioning. He repaired it on the spot. He cleaned up the work area afterwards where some debris had fallen during the work. We appreciate the great customer service & excellent professional service provided.

Had an issue with my kitchen sink not draining so I called Dixie (on a Saturday!) since I have the care plan and they sent ****** ***** out and he augered the outside drain and got everything working in about 45 minutes. He was very professional and proficient. Pleasant demeanor and conscientious. Ive always had great service with Dixie and would highly recommend them for their services.Dixie Electric, Plumbing & Air

****** ******* treated me like family. He repaired a break in outdoor area. After he left I turned on my kitchen faucet and very little water trickled. Unreasonble and absurd pricing. Not pleased in the least bit. We had a service call for an issue involving a water heater. Dixie provided an estimate for a replacement service of about $6k. After researching the cost of the parts, labor and receiving additional estimates. We detemined we were being overcharged a minimum of $3k by Dixie. I spoke with the company and a service rep. I explained the cost of parts plus the quoted labor of 3 hours for the install, they are over quoting by a minmum of $3k. I was informed they have the right to quote as they see fit.Grossly over priced with a "non-caring" attitude toward customer satisfaction.Dixie Electric, Plumbing & Air

As I had used Dixie Electric and plumbing for an extensive project at my mothers house, I called them to replace three outside FAUCET HEADS at my home. After a very BRIEF "review" of the proposal (did not receive a written copy), I allowed the work to proceed. At that time I did not understand that I would be charged $377 PER FAUCET and $282 FOR EACH TWO CUT OUTS (6"x6" AND 4"X6") OF MY SIDING - other charges, including a monthly service fee brought the total to $1808.70. Yes, this was a one-and-a-half-hour job totaling ONE THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED AND EIGHT DOLLARS AND seventy cents. When I contacted the office to verify the charges, I was told that the "estimate" was not an "estimate" but the actual bill that was charged AND that the charges were "consistent with standard fees". The actual work performed per other places I have now contacted should have been $50 per faucet (includes the cost of all materials) and a $160/hour plumber charge. Unless you have a large project, I would NOT RECOMMEND this company.Dixie Electric, Plumbing & Air

Prior to any work being performed, options for repairs with pricing were presented and approved with your signature. In addition, the job invoice was also presented, approved, and paid in full at the time of service.
