    Bought an upright freezer that was sold as new with a dent for scratch and dent sale. Got it to the shop and it runs and cools fine but is twice as loud as 2 other comparable units. I called Traulsen to get a warranty service set up and I am told the unit is 7 years old. I called Hawk about them selling me a 7 year old freezer as new and all I get is, "bring it back then" The ad that it was listed as new scratch and dent was removed. This place is totally unethical and will never get another dime of money. While the unit does appear to have never been in service, a 7 year old unit should have never been listed as new, but rather new old stock or at least been disclosed. I thought I was buying a unit with manufacture warrantee. Traulsen even said that what they did was wrong
