On February 10, 2025, I had to take my mom (******* ********) to Dr. **** M **** regarding her disability. I've never seen nor been in an office of business, much less a DOCTORS OFFICE that looked like a pig pen! His office was GROSS!! He had trash all over the floor and paperwork from one corner of his office to the other. He had the radio blaring, and dust was everywhere! Upon arrival, I got the wheelchair out of my car and rolled it up to the passenger door, and got mom seated. I rolled her all the way to the end of the building so I could access the ramp. Once we got on the ramp and almost at the office door, we noticed it was a dead end. So mom had to stand up and walk down 4 steps. Mind you, there were no rails or anything to hold on to. As she stood up, she lost her balance and fell HARD on the concert. I managed to help her get up and get down the stairs and back in the wheelchair. By this time, she was hurting and could barely walk. Once we got in the office, the doctor told her to sign in and have a seat. I told him they needed a ramp, and his response was, "WE DONT HAVE ONE!" Then I told him that my mom had fallen, and he responded with,"JUST HAVE A SEAT! Once he called her back, he refused to let her use her wheelchair and made her walk to the exam room and then down the hall for an eye exam. He was VERY RUDE and hollered at her like she was a dog!
