      $60.00. I used this site to look up a property record on 1/27/2025. The cost for the document was listed as $1. It was charged to my bank account on 1/27. They then charged $30 against my **** debit card on 2/5/2025. I assumed that I misunderstand the cost for the documents and let it go. Then they charged my **** debit card $30 again on 3/3/2025. I have no recollection of signing up for a subscription to the website in January. I called immediately to stop them from charging my account. The women that answered the phone immediately asked if I wanted to cancel my subscription before I even said a word. The operator told me that she would cancel my subscription and refund my last payment. She told me that the charge for the document was $1 and that people had to contact them within three days of their document purchase to cancel the subscription. I have no recollection of reading that anywhere on their website. She told me they would refund my most recent charge but not the first $30 charge. Their auto-subscription practice is dishonest and underhanded. Others should be warned.I think propertyrecord.com with different web addresses by state.

      This company is a scam and should not be allowed to continue operations. I never buy anything with them, yet I found out they have been ******* my credit card for $9.95 Every months for the past 3 months
