      I called Carestar Health ************* in Montgomery, *******, for help with a refill on my medication. I don't want to run out and have to go to the hospital for my condition. I asked simple questions and got rude answers. I was asking for help. The employee was rude and not helpful. She kept repeating her answers to me with an attitude and did not want to help. Saying "there was no doctor available at this time of the night," I asked if I could get assistance tomorrow. She replied saying that my doctor was only available on Tuesday and Thursday. This employee should not have talked to me this way due to my mental health condition, and should not be in a position to take phone calls from patients who need help.
