I had purchased the Orrey subscription through their website sometime around September of 2021, as the entire collection would have been a large investment and I liked the idea of slowly assembling the set. As such I also paid the premium for the extras. After a while the sets were taking longer to arrive so I reached out for inquiries but only got automated responses, never anything about the company being in a financial problem or that the collection may stop due to closing of the business, simply kept taking my money. Finally in September of 2022 I reached out again to ask what happened to the shipments and if I would be able to complete my set only to get back a mailing error notice. Now in January 2023 I finally noticed that they had gone bankrupt as I was looking for a way to purchase the sets I was missing. I'd love to be able to finish this or get my money back, but am aware that most likely won't be happening. However if I can join the group complaints and keep anyone associated with the company and their customer service/sales departments from being permitted to work elsewhere that a company may fleece people without proper disclosure I'd be somewhat satisfied. I can provide most emails with company as well as copies of billing/set shipment manifests if needed.Initial Complaint

I had paid for a pre-order item, which was failed to be delivered. No responses from customer service. I additionally had a two year subscription to a model building kit. They fulfilled the first 3 months of this and stopped.Initial Complaint

The model building company Eagle Moss left me hanging with a half built model. They went bankrupt and now I can’t complete the model I’ve already spent thousands on.Initial Complaint

i had spent over $***** on eaglemoss collection's and i am very upset because now i can't finish the Back To The Future Model and i was also building a solar system and now that i have spent a little over ***** to build theses. I think that since the company is bankrupted that they should reimburse people that can't finish their models and I believe that the company should at least refund the money back to people because it is considered theft because I'm unable to finish the build up model kit as of this moment I'm seeking legal action on eagle moss collections for (DAMAGES AND PUNITY ALSO THEFT OF PRODUCTS AND MONEY.) I have the ecto1 build up from eaglemoss collections and unable to call or email to receive any more of the monthly subscriptions to finish the product. I called back in December to restart, and nothing they were famously know for overdrafting my account when the funds were gone and not returning funds to my account. Ane now have a incomplete model and out close to ******* due to the facts that i can't restart it. Please helpInitial Complaint

I’m currently only about one quarter way into one of the Star Trek enterprise-D Build and now it’s incomplete I’m getting messages stating that I have parts on the way when it’s not Money has been taking my account. Currently now the website and phones are no longer good. No way to get a hold of them to make arrangements to fulfill this subscription I paid for the finished product or they need to reimburse me for not fulfilling their end of their product agreements….Initial Complaint

I have subscription with them. and It's been over six months since they have sent anything. I was charged in June for my next subscription, but never received the issue. Now I have nearly a **** dollars into a model that will never be completed. I would like a refund for all the money spent, or have the shipments that I am missing sent to me.
