    My husband and I checked in to this hotel on 04/13/23. Yes, we did use a 3rd ************** Expedia but we have used it before and never had problems. Check-In was smooth, they did allow us in early and no complaints there. However, upon entry the elevator has 2 large brown liquid spills. We stayed on the 3rd floor and you could smell that they had water damages/leaks that they were trying to cover. Our room was below average. The remote had dried up food and crust on it, so we placed a plastic bag over it. The shower's shelf was broken off and siting in a corner of the tub. The sink and bathroom doors had white stains on it, it looked like no one had thoroughly cleaned the bathroom. But hey, we were in ******* to set up an event and overlooked it. Around 530pm we started to get to ready and to our surprise there was no HOT water. We let the water run thinking maybe we needed to wait a little, but to no avail. We called the front desk and requested to have it fixed, they told us we'll fix it later. We had to shower in COLD water. Due to waiting and wanting to wait for the HOT water that never came, we were late to our event and it pushed everything behind schedule. This led to us checking out late the next morning. ******, charged us an additional $50 and when we requested to speak to a manager, she stated we could call tomorrow. We asked about our inconvenience of the HOT water and she claimed that she knew nothing about it. Yet, she stated that the manager did mention it. Upon our arrival back home, we saw that we were charged another $60 on our card as well. Overall, this experience was disheartening. We've stayed at several Comfort Suites plenty of times before and never have we've been treated in such a manner. We believe that since we we're using a 3rd Party that we were taken advantage of. We chose this location due to the good reviews but honestly the experience was terrible. Poor customer service, poor management, poor cleanliness. DO NOT STAY THERE.

    Worst hotel experience we have ever had.Checking in was ok .Got in the room the air wouldn't work. Changed rooms no big deal.Packed up went to the other room. Decided to take the kids to the pool. The pool was so incredibly disgusting with thick green algae all over the pool and had a snake in the pool as well.Went to tell the desk manager who of Which was incredibly condescending and said that the pool is cleaned every Friday. Trust me this pool had plastic bags, debris, Algae along with a snake. This place is not well taken care of and disgusting.Then called my wife a liar about the previous room said the air was working and then accused my wife of spilling coffee all over the backside of the door. I ask for a refund and was told no, there will be no refunds. This really infuriated me! Left without refund and checking in to Tru by *************Warning to who ever stays here. The pool is a health risk to the public. The hospitality is a -10 if you are in upper management I would go check the video. I will not stop at getting my refund. Buyer Beware here. Complaints have been made on ******* Yelp, Amazon.
