      I put in an early termination for my notice. I knew the fee would be $****, two months rent. I knew there would be a partial rent also plus remaining water. On October 6th, I put in notice. I contemplated staying and didnt give official notice till the 10th. Originally it was going to be current rent, plus $**** plus ****** give or take a little. Now they are saying I owe almost another $1400 because of a weeks difference in retracting my notice vs submitting a new one. Today, I payed $942 and the app said nothing due. I get an email right before the office closed today saying they added the insufficient notice fee. Im moving out on November 13th. I feel like this is a huge scam hidden in their lease. Theres always a new fee coming up. Backtracking a bit, Once frustrated, I sent the office a very lengthy email expressing my frustrations and the stupidity of the situation. All they did was say sorry, explain their idiotic fees and say still due. I paid the ****, paid the partial November, paid the months rent before from time I was actually there. So now because of one week of retracting a notice, I have to pay $1400 more to complete my 60 day notice and not have a broken lease. During my tenure there, the faucet broke, the oven still has a short in it and the burners never worked correctly. Ive had to clean mold out of the window *****. Ive had ants and roaches despite paying pest control. There is quick fix holes painted over, paint on the tile, poor caulking throughout and **** poor hot water, maintenance, and then pool has been shut down at least twice. Im probably going to have to pay this fee but its totaled almost $6,000 worth of frustrations. They even opened up my mail on a package that ended up there once.

      Building code nightmare! *** violations, health and safety violations. This property does not return communications but is trying to add fees illegally. Unethical is being kind.
