    I am rejecting this response because: I did not want the gentleman on my roof after the second attempt. I did not want a third one.  I have had one more person since Mr. ****** and he couldn't fix it neither. I made it clear from the beginning that it was obviously a hard fix because I've had at least two contractors before his attempt. He assured me that he could do it. What he failed to tell me is that it would take at least 3 tries.  I was and am mentally drained from dealing with "promises".  I tried to reach Mr ****** after I refused the third attempt. He stopped responding.

    The customer did not allow us to attempt to try to resolve the issue. She only called once to say the roof was still leaking. When the roofer went to try to resolve the issue, she told the roofer that she did not want him back on her roof, so he left.   The customer then requested half the of funds be returned to her. It is our policy to come back and fix the problem,not to pay someone else to finish a job I should have completed. If the work still has not been properly done, Ill come and fix it.

    I was called back 2 months after repairing the addition at the customer's house.  I promised to send the subcontractor back who originally did the work.   He stated that the customer rudely told him that she did not want him to go back on her roof and to leave; she would get the yard man to fix her roof. She later texted that she wanted a refund of $200.00which is half of what she paid originally.  I give a one-year warranty on workmanship for repairs.  The Oxford dictionary defines a warranty as a written promise from a company to repair or replace a product that develops a fault within a particular period of time or to do a piece of work again if it is not satisfactory.  She would not give me the opportunity to return and repair the leak.
