    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. Thank you so much for helping me. I guess I will take the extra year of free tanning even though I wanted my money back. I guess it's better than nothing. I really appreciate everything y'all did for me bbb ??.

    Our district manager reached out to ************** and issued a 3-month refund as well as 3-month instore credit. ************** did sign a membership agreement when she came into the salon, we apologize for any confusion regarding her membership. We would be glad to add an additional year to ******************* account should she wish to tan with us again. Again, we are very sorry for any confusion.

    I left the state and prior to my move I went into the palm beach located in **********, Alabama and tried to cancel my membership. The manager told me it was cancelled it was not. I called and talked to an individual over the phone via customer service and they also told me my membership would be cancelled, it was not. I then drove back to Alabama and spoke with a manager from the store in ******, Alabama and assured me it would be cancelled. I tried calling customer service again and they assured me it would be cancelled, it has not been. This is been ongoing for about 6 months. Im paying for a membership the business refuses to cancel. It was month to month membership and there is no reason it should not have been cancelled as I was specifically told numerous times it would be.

    This customers account has been terminated. There is no notation on her account regarding a cancelation, there is no cancelation document signed on file from any of the visits to the salon during the time frame she has stated. We have documents for any and all account changes that are made, we also notate all accounts for any account changes made in store or via phone to ensure everyone is up to date on what is going on. We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused.
