      While on vacation in our American Eagle RV with our two dogs we had mechanical issues about *********************************** **********. The first call made was to a local Diesel repair shop who wisely advised us to contact the local Freightliner dealer. That call was answered quickly by ***** who calmly asked questions and advised that they would be able to check it out. ***** also helped manage my expectations by providing a realistic timeline which we greatly appreciated. Once we found a safe place to pull over and park I called back and spoke with ****, another calm and comforting voice on the other side of the phone. **** kindly suggested an appropriate tow company, recommended a safe area to look for temporary accommodations and reassured me that they would look after us. **** kept in regular communication so we knew what was happening at all times. On the third day, we arrived at the dealership and were able to get important details directly from the knowledgable technician which would help us with future service when arrived home. The folks at this dealership helped make a bad situation better by taking the time to ensure we were safe and got home without issue. Thanks so much for all your help.
