    I hired The Woodlands Group to provide a survey and wetlands site plan in January of 2023. I prepaid for both. I received the survey in late March after numerous missed dates and many emails. I was promised the site plan would be completed soon. I received a partial site plan in mid-May. There were just a few details left but they went dark again and did not respond to emails. When my tone became terse, he said they would not work with me. He offered only a partial refund even though I did not have a usable product and he never issued the refund. Worst professional service firm I have ever used.
