    I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the services I received from *** following a significant incident in my home on June 8, 2024, when my HVAC unit overflowed and caused flooding. After my house was dried out, I was referred to *** for my pack-out needs, and I regret to say that my experience with them was highly disappointing.Upon **** *******' assessment of my home, I was assured that *** is a professional company dedicated to making the transition as smooth as possible. Unfortunately, this assurance was not reflected in their actions. Despite providing clear instructions on what items should and should not be packed, the crew disregarded my guidelines and packed several items I requested they leave behind. It became evident that their priority was to maximize their charges rather than adhere to my requests.Additionally, I was shocked to find numerous boxes with the *** logo piled in my dining room and my wifes office, with attempts to charge me for their storage. The crew also disputed which rooms to pack, contradicting my contractors instructions as if the contractor did not work for me.When it was time to return my belongings, **** and his crew arrived with the promise that they had taken photos to ensure everything would be returned to its original state. This, too, was misleading, as they only documented the picture frames on the walls. During the move-in process, they damaged numerous items, including my wifes custom lamp, scuffed our new floors, scraped the paint off the walls, and scratched the doorways. ***** dismissive response to the damagesThings get damaged when you cant expect moving to be perfectwas unacceptable.Despite my repeated attempts to seek reimbursement for the damages caused, *** has been unresponsive and uncooperative. They dragged the process out for a month until I felt compelled to accept a resolution far short of what I *********** conclusion, I would not recommend *** to anyone.
