    ***********************, owner at Innovative Plumbing Solutions gave an estimate to install a Rinnai Super High Efficiency tankless water heater, which I purchased at **********. In the estimate it states that there would be roofing work done for the exhaust pipe, since the line was smaller for the tankless than the existing pipe. When ******* was here I heard a loud crash and went upstairs where he was removing the old water heater. There was water dripping from the ceiling light in the hall way, the carpet was soaked below. He stated it wasn't any big deal, and stated he removed the water from the light globe. When he removed the old water heater, they left stains in the carpet in the bedroom where the water heater was in the attic. ******* stated he did not need to hire a roofer to repair the area where the previous pipe was on the roof, stating he was able to place PVC pipe inside of the existing pipe. Although he did not hire a roofer as stated and charged, he still charged me the price of $725 that was on the estimate. When I confronted him about the charge he stated I signed the estimate inn agreement. This service was never provided. The water heater was installed May 19, 2023. On May 20, I contacted ******* and advised the water was not hot, mainly at the kitchen sink which he stated he placed a recirculation system under the kitchen sink. He stated he would order the parts, even though he stated he had already placed this under the sink. ******* came back on May 26, he was 5 hours late coming to my home. He placed the recirculation system, and it seemed to be working alright.On November 30, I went into the closet, where the access is to the attic (where the water heater is) and noticed a wet spot in the ceiling. I called *******, we scheduled an appointment for him to come back on December 1. When he arrived, he stated the Rinnai water heater are junk and stated it was leaking. I have a leak where the pipe is, he never offered to fix the ceiling.
