    We have gave the accountant all of our papers to file our 2023 Tax Return. We have not recieved a return. We have called a multitude of times all to no avail. We have left Messages before the message option was taken away. We are fearful they have not filed and we will be in trouble with the ***.

    I responded the first day I received the notice. I Talked with Mrs **** when I did her taxes. She complained to you because she call a day when the office was closed and she could not get us on the phone

    Thie raised a question with me and being a member of bbb Do you write you members up for not answering the phone when some one call on the one day they are closed!
