    A little over 2 months ago we hired them to move our home, for that time I or my husband kept calling them because they didn't strap it down which we had already paid for and no inspector would pass it so we could live in it. We've had to pay rent on the lot and the storage unit that holds my furniture. Plus the owners 16 year old brother ***** painted his initials on the front deck which will cost us money to remove or paint over. We shouldn't be liable for these costs in my opinion. Besides repairing the deck we would also like to be reimbursed for the two months of lot rent and two months of storage fees.

    This has been handled, one of our employees was paid to go tie this down after the first time she let us know it wasnt tied down. We assumed it was done and never thought anything about it. She wrote me on 8/5/23 and I asked her what I could do to help. I got her house tied down the next day and she acted to be totally fine and thanked me more than once. Thanks for reaching out!

    She admitted her 16 year old brother ***** painted his initials on my front deck and she would have him scrub it down because he did it out of stupidity. Nothing has been done and I never said I was satisfied. She did get it tied down but it hasn't been passed by an inspector yet.  They (  M&R never fixed the deck issue and lied to you about my satisfaction. I have screenshots of that conversation.

    They are claiming I'm not the customer because my father in law paid them, but I am the occupant along with my husband. It's my deck with their coworkers graffiti on it! They are just trying to stall this matter and the movers wife has harassed me since I've filed this complaint with messages because her little brother is the coworker that spray painted his Initials on the middle of my deck.

    The deck they ruined belongs to my husband and I built it. They've offered no resolution to the graffiti the owners brother applied. They're saying that I'm not the customer because my father in law wrote the check to them. This is not fair. Also I did reply to the last email with close to these same words I'm using now, I made the mistake  of adding it where photos are supposed to be loaded. The facts are they damaged "OUR" deck and it's going to take a paint job to cover it. That's the cheapest resolution. Thank you
