    ************ came to our house on 07/25/2023 to look at some trees we needed to have cut. There was 2 trees for sure. But he kept on telling my husband this one needs to go to. My husband originally agreed. ************ was paid in cash on ******/27/2023, my husband felt like we had been pushed into having the third pecan tree cut down. He called ************ and said he did not want the third pecan tree cut down. ************ said no problem we will not cut it down. My husband arrived at home and saw the 3rd tree had been cut down. ************ is a very hard man to get on the phone. My husband finally got in touch with him and he said it was all his fault and he would make it right by trimming up the tree line on the side and back of our house. That was started for about 30 minutes then no one ever came back it was always late in the afternoon when his men got there. The first tree is still needing to be cut down more because our ***** grinder company said it is still to tall. ************ has lied continually telling my husband I am coming in the morning and never show up never call. I understand that he was paid to do a job but lets actually do the job or give us our monies back. At least part of it because one of his guys made another pecan tree on the side of our house look like ******************************* from Nightmare before Christmas. It was butchered. We have the receipt and the text messages were he promised all of the work would be completed and in his words he would make it right.
