- Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations:
We work hard to ship your order quickly. Therefore, we are unable to cancel or change an order once it has been placed. Please make sure you review your order before it is submitted.
If you intend to return or exchange any item or order, you must notify Princess and Punks within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date your order shipped for it to be eligible for a refund or exchange. Please use this link to notify Princess and Punks of your request for a return and/or exchange.
Princess and Punks may contact you after receiving your request for a return and/or exchange to gather additional information regarding your request, and to provide you with additional information regarding our return/exchange process (including the return shipping address). Customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs for returns and/or exchanges that are not caused by an error on behalf of Princess and Punks.
Eligibility:
In order for an item to be eligible for a return or exchange and refund, the item must be in its original packaging and condition. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for items that are not in their original condition or packaging (e.g., worn, washed, or damaged items).
Refunds and Processing:
We will refund all monies due to the customer after we have received and inspected the returned/exchanged items. All items/orders eligible for a refund will be immediately submitted to your bank or financial institution. You should receive the funds from a refund within approximately 5-10 business days after the date on which the refund was initiated (depending on your financial institution). - Business Categories
