      I went in for some trees for my front porch. The lady helping me told me that instead of what I went in for, that she had something better. I told her the condition of full sun. She assured me the plants would do well. The plants leaves all turned brown and started falling off, so I called and talked to someone that said they would work with me. I continued to water just like I was instructed to, daily. The leaves continued to fall off and turn more brown. So we took the plants back to the store and were told we could not exchange, get a store credit, or even a partial store credit because we were accused of not watering the plants. Which was absolutely false. They told us that they had the same plants (in almost full shade) that they were able to keep alive, so it was our fault.
