- Due to the special order nature of the bridal industry, all sales are FINAL. Deposits and payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. The White Room requires a deposit of fifty percent (50%) of the total cost of your gown at the time you place your order. The balance is due (5) five business days following the day you are notified that your gown has arrived at The White Room.
