    I hired this company to fix some issues with my sprinkler system, which included a controller and some sprinkler heads that had gone bad. They seemed professional and helpful when they were pursuing the job, as well as when they arrived to do the work. They also supposedly fixed two underground leaks, but those leaks persisted. I contacted Nathan, who had overseen the job, and he assured me via text that they would be back the following week to redo the repairs. Two weeks later, after not hearing from him, and I contacted him again. This time he said he was sick, but would be at my home very soon to fix the problems. Five weeks later I had still not heard from anyone at True Rain, so I sent another text message, which was completely ignored. I later called their office and spoke to someone claiming to be the owner, who also assured me that they would be at my home the week after Thanksgiving to fix the leaks….yet another lie. That was the last contact I have had with anyone at the company, despite multiple texts and phone calls to their office and Nathan. He stopped answering texts, he screened my calls, and did not respond to voicemails either…both at the office and on his cell phone. In short, once they got their money, they were done with me. If you want a company that is honest and professional, and that stands behind their work, DO NOT HIRE TRUE RAIN.
