5 stars**** and his crew got me out of a big mess yesterday with their tow truck. They went above & beyond to take care of me and let me know when my truck had been delivered to the mechanic shop. If I could give this company a minus 10 stars I would. He has a person answering the phone at his business who is going to put him out of business with her refusal to take calls from AAA and terrible telephone manner! She is the rudest person I have ever spoke too at any business. I recently had car trouble and needed towing X 2 and this fool on the phone refused my AAA business leaving me stranded. Do yourself a favor and call someone else!

I am sorry we were too busy to tow your car. As I said when I apologized to you on the phone, we were unavoidably understaffed. If I had accepted that tow assignment, I could not have fulfilled our obligations. That is why they have a system to send out another tow provider. I apologize for the misunderstanding. I spoke with the person who answered the phone that day. She said you were repeatedly having trouble hearing her, and she did then speak loudly. She did not intend to shout, and we both apologize that it sounded that way. I know this type of situation is where your car gets towed against your wishes id always stressful. We don't wish to make it more so. We do not want to make it difficult. 5 stars********************* was a complete gentleman helping my mother, 84, and myself as we experienced a flat tire in ******, **. I was bringing my mom back home from the holidays to ********. I live in GA. We ate dinner in Oxford and we walked out to a flat tire. Must have gotten the bolt in tire on Hwy 20. **** was SO NICE to ease our minds he could do the job. He and I had a good laugh trying to get the spare tire from under the car. We learned together about my 2019 Lexus! Complete success from beginning to end!Thank you ****! ****** :)
