My initial review of this company was a 5 Star review. Yes, they overcharge for their cars but they had a SUPER STAR (*****) working there and he always helped me and my husband get things right. Now they have lost the superstar and they are stereotypical used car sales people. I bought a 2010 ****** Armada in 2023. Since then, I've had to replace the rear tires twice. I also recently noticed a "salvage" sticker in the driver's side door jam. I was not aware of any of this. I called to inquire about what type of damages did this truck have so I can let the repair man know, I was abruptly told they don't know, they just buy the card and sell them. The problem with the rear end of this truck has me burning through tires and left me stranded two days ago. Riteway doesn't care about the customers and their lives, they only care about the money!

I am not familiar with the name above on this vehicle; however, they are making a complaint about replacing tires which is a normal wear and tear issue that anyone who drives will have to do. If this particular vehicle has a salvage sticker on it, that means it has been rebuilt and state inspected to go on the road, when we have rebuilt title vehicles our computer system ****** which automatically prints in the contract it is a rebuilt title and has been inspected, so they would have been told that during sign up. We always indicated that to ALL customers. As far as them calling up to see what was damaged so they could fix it, well I am sure they would have been told that whatever it was inspected for was repaired or it would not have passed state inspection. All of our vehicles are AS IS with NO WARRANTY and ALL customers sign their paperwork stating such. We have always been good to fix major issues that come about with in the first 30 days of selling them, they are used vehicles so we cannot guarantee them to not have some problems from time to time, and they signed agreeing to fixing the repairs themselves.
