    ****** ****** came to give me an estimate for work on July 19, 2022. He was very nice and helpful. He even came out twice to get a better look. We talked and agreed on the work. Part of the cost was a trade for the design of a new company logo and a large metal carport be said he wanted for his new home. This was his suggestion, not mine, but it seemed to be a great deal for us both. I worked on the logo for a couple of days. I gave him photos promptly (but nor the file itself). He said he was very pleased. He was supposed to bring paperwork on a Friday and start the job the following week. Then he just completely disappeared. I called and texted and used facebook messenger. After a week, I saw a post on his facebok page and commented asking what happened. He claimed he would get back with me when he was caught up. He never did. I called and texted a few more times, but he did not respond. I would have understood needing to do a bigger job first or personal issues, but the complete lack of contact is very unprofessional. We had a a verbal contact and he backed out with no warning or explanation. Business owners should not feel entitled to behave that way, but they do because customers have no recourse for poor treatment.
