    Saturday morning, September 17, 2022, ********************** of *************, *******, representing Twin State Fencing Company, met me at the entrance to our farm located at ************************************************** to discuss the installation of an Apollo solar/battery powered automatic driveway gate opener. ************** explained the gate opener and materials would cost about $1,640 and his labor would cost an additional $1,000 - with the total job cost coming to $2,640. ************** stated he would need an up-front deposit for the opener and materials, and I could pay him for his labor after installation. I gave ************** a personal check for $1,640. ************** said it would take 3 weeks to receive the gate opener and he would install it the next week. ************** promised to keep me informed. I never heard from him. After three weeks, I gave him a call on Wednesday, October 19. ************** explained that he was vacationing at the beach, the gate opener had not come in. ************** said he would check on it when he returned to ************* on Friday, October 21, and call me with an update. ************** deposited my check in his personal bank account at Bank Independent, on September 20, 2022. I have tried to contact him several times since, but he does not answer or respond to my calls or emails. Any assistance you can render is appreciated.
