    I regret to share my experience with Worleys as it has been nothing short of frustrating and unprofessional. I hired them in July 2024 to install a brand new commercial unit, which initially worked well through the summer. However, when I attempted to turn on the heating two months later, the unit failed to start. Upon contacting the technician, he came to check and informed me that the electrical heater strips were missing and that he would order some, now cold season, and despite having paid $10,000 for the installation, my business is still without heat. Over the past four months, I've repeatedly tried to get him to come back and fix the issue, but to no avail. He rarely answers calls and often sends texts promising to come by, yet never shows up. I strongly advise against hiring Worleys for any installation services, as I have yet to see any accountability or follow-through from them.

    Very sorry service, his own words after many no shows to Correct an issue with our HVAC he installed this year:Hi ma'am I just wanted to apologize first off truly that we have. Not held our end up to customer service standard nor have we been or provide the service we advertised because of this past years behavior has caused and cost us alot of customers and alit of money. We wish there was a better reason other than we simply failed to uphold our word as a company to our customers and we are greatly damaged for life but we are doing our best with the short amount of hands we have and with that said we are constantly working to do better. Thank you for your patience, we have been severely behind schedule and if you will can we reschedule our arrival time to this evening at 4 He rescheduled 3 more times, Never showed up, then just stopped communicating.

    Came out to repair refrigerant leak on mini split system in basement 6/23. Pulled vacuum and recharged with refrigerant. Claimed there was a warranty. Refrigerant was leaked back out in 2 weeks. Starting 7/18 he kept canceling appointments to come back but never showed up. Obviously leak was not repaired and he never came back. $800 later and still no AC. Claimed I was not a priority since it was in my basement and hoped I understood.
